This Politiku pretplate is based on Zakon o obligacionim odnosima, Zakon o zaštiti potrošača, Zakon o zaštiti ličnih podataka, Opšta uredba o zaštiti podataka (GDPR) gde je primenljiva, i ostalim pozitivnim propisima koji su na snazi na teritoriji Republiku Severnu Makedoniju.

Our internet platform www.hommex.rs offers pretplatnički planovi that provide users with additional features and benefits when using platforma. The specific features included in each plan are listed on our platform's plans page and may vary between different plans.
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features included in the pretplatnički planovi.

Pretplatnički planovi may be available in different ciklus naplates (for example, monthly or yearly). Each ciklus naplate offers the same functionality within the same plan category, but at a different price.
Certain pretplatnički planovi may include a free probni period. The duration of the probni period is specific to each plan and is clearly indicated when selecting the plan on platforma. During the probni period, the user has full access to the features of the selected plan.
Upon completion of the probni period, the subscription automatically activates and the amount of the selected plan is charged, unless the user canceled the subscription before the probni period expired. The user will be notified of the upcoming probni period expiration via email.
Each user is entitled to one free probni period per plan category. If the user has already used the probni period for a certain category, upon re-subscribing to a plan of the same category, billing begins immediately, without a probni period.
To activate the probni period, the user must have a valid platna kartica registered on their korisnički profil. The card will not be charged during the probni period but will be used for billing after its completion, if the subscription is not canceled.
Subscription plan prices are displayed in the currency defined for each plan and are listed on our platform's plans page. All displayed prices include value-added tax (VAT). Društvo za trgovinu i usluge VORTEK INOVATIONS D.O.O. Skopje sa PIB MK4057024570335 and EMBS 7757832 je obveznik PDV-a.
Payment for pretplatnički planovi is made via platna kartica (VISA or MasterCard). All transactions are processed through the payment processing system of Halk Bank AD Skopje, which is certified by VISA and MasterCard for transaction processing. The payment uses HTTPS security protocol and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data. We have no access to your platna kartica data (card number, security code, or your account balance).
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to change pretplatnički plan prices. Price changes take effect at least 30 days after their publication on platforma. The new price will apply from the beginning of the next ciklus naplate. If the user does not agree with the new price, they have the right to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
All pretplatnički planovi renew automatically at the end of each ciklus naplate, unless the user cancels the subscription before the current period expires. Automatic renewal means charging the subscription amount from the platna kartica saved on the user's profile.
By subscribing to any plan, the user explicitly agrees to automatic renewal and periodic billing until the moment they cancel the subscription.
The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, free of charge and without obligation to provide a reason. There are two cancellation methods:

The user has the right to cancel the subscription during the probni period as well. In that case, no charge will be made and the user will retain the plan benefits until the probni period expires.
If the charge cannot be made during the automatic renewal of the subscription (for example, due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons), the subscription enters a "grace period" status. The duration of the grace period is defined by the terms of the selected plan and is indicated when creating the subscription. During the grace period, the system will automatically attempt to retry the charge.
The user has the option to manually retry the payment through the payments page on their korisnički profil or to update the platna kartica details.
If the charge is not successfully made within the grace period, the subscription will automatically be deactivated and will transition to an "expired" status. The user will lose all plan benefits.
The user has the right to change the ciklus naplate (for example, from monthly to yearly or vice versa) during the subscription period. The ciklus naplate change can be made through the user's profile on the payments page.
When changing the ciklus naplate, the current subscription period remains unchanged. The new cycle and new price will take effect from the beginning of the next billing period.
If the user canceled the subscription with the option of "cancellation at the end of the current period," they have the ability to reactivate the subscription at any time before the current paid period expires. With reactivation, automatic renewal is re-enabled and the subscription will continue uninterrupted after the current period expires.

If the subscription has already expired or was immediately canceled, the user can subscribe to a new plan through the plans page on platforma.
Given that pretplatnički planovi provide immediate access to digital services and features, and in accordance with Zakon o zaštiti potrošača, the user waives the right of withdrawal (right to refund) after subscription activation, unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
If the user cancels the subscription before the end of the current paid period, they retain the plan benefits until the end of that period, but are not entitled to a partial or full refund for the remaining time.
In exceptional cases, VORTEK INOVATIONS may at its discretion approve a partial or full refund, particularly in cases of technical problems or billing errors attributable to platforma. For refund requests, the user can contact our korisnička podrška team at email: hello@hommex.co.
If the charge was made after the probni period ended due to the user's failure to cancel the subscription on time, the user has the right to request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the charge, provided they have not used the plan features after the probni period ended.
When creating and managing the subscription, VORTEK INOVATIONS processes the following categories of personal data:
Mi ne prikupljamo i ne čuvamo kompletne podatke o platnim karticama (kompletan broj kartice, CVV/CVC bezbednosni kod, niti stanje na računu). Svi osetljivi podaci o karticama procesiraju se i čuvaju isključivo od strane Halk banke AD Skopje, u skladu sa PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standardima.
Ukoliko izaberete da sačuvate Vašu platnu karticu za buduće automatske naplate pretplate, na našim serverima čuvamo samo ograničeni skup podataka naveden u tački 3.5 naše Politike privatnosti (token kartice, brend, poslednje četiri cifre i datum isteka). Ovi podaci nisu dovoljni za nezakonito korišćenje kartice van našeg sistema.
Možete sačuvati više platnih kartica na Vašem nalogu i izabrati jednu kao osnovnu (default) za automatske naplate pretplate. Upravljanje sačuvanim karticama (dodavanje, brisanje, promena osnovne) vrši se putem stranice za plaćanja Vašeg naloga.
The legal basis for processing personal data related to the subscription is the performance of the subscription agreement between the user and VORTEK INOVATIONS, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations related to tax and financial record-keeping.
Personal data related to the subscription is retained for the duration of the subscription and an additional period required for fulfilling legal obligations for maintaining financial documentation, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Republiku Severnu Makedoniju.

VORTEK INOVATIONS will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted availability of the pretplatnički plan features. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions, errors, or technical problems.
VORTEK INOVATIONS is not liable for damages caused by failed payments due to reasons beyond platforma's control (for example, banking system problems, insufficient funds on the card, or an expired card).
In the case of a prolonged service interruption caused by platforma, VORTEK INOVATIONS may at its discretion extend the current subscription period for the duration of the interruption.
The subscription is available exclusively to adults (over 18 years of age). By activating the subscription, the user confirms that they are an adult and have the right to enter into agreements and make payments in accordance with applicable legislation.
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to make changes to this Politiku pretplate at any time. Continued use of the pretplatnički planovi after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
Changes take effect upon publication on the internet platform, unless otherwise indicated.

This Politiku pretplate is interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Republiku Severnu Makedoniju. For all disputes arising from or related to this Policy, the competent court is in Skopje, Republika Severna Makedonija.
Before initiating court proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement. The user has the right to file a complaint with VORTEK INOVATIONS, which will be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of the complaint.
